Post In A Prominent Location If You Want To Prosper In Business

If you are in retailing or have a service business, you know the value of repeat customers—those who come back again and again.
To keep your “focus” uppermost in your mind here’s a handy reminder that a profit is only made on a customer…
We never make a profit on a transaction.
We only make a profit on a customer.
A “customer” is a person who comes to us out of habit.
“Consumers” only go to a store or office by habit if they are treated like “customers.”
And for diversity and added security be sure to develop a percentage of “barter customers.” (Those who wish to do business with you in a different manner.) All that’s needed is an understanding of the value of a trade dollar.
For information on USA barter companies as well as global barter companies, see right-hand column, “Top Resources.”
