Are You Cultivating The Most Profit Possible? Maybe It’s Time To Look Into Farming Out Jobs To Trade (Barter) Exchange Members

In the beginning, when you started your business, you did virtually most everything yourself. After all, every penny counts.
But as your business grows there’s more work to do than hours in a day. And it doesn’t take long to realize that there’s more effective use of your time than licking stamps and hand-delivering packages.
That’s the time when you must shift into another gear. Realize that working with others, often other entrepreneurial business owners, is a smart and economical way to expand.
It can be economically accomplished without hiring an expensive work force. Instead, simply utilize the many independent contractors found in your trade (barter) exchange.
You not only save time and precious cash, but the additional costs involved— because each employee really costs you 1.5 times his or her salary when expenses such as social security, unemployment and workers’ compensation benefits are factored in.
Thousands of small businesses exist today because other entrepreneurs cannot, or do not want to, do every task themselves.
So give serious thought to where your talents lay. Then call your exchange for secretarial services, caterers, accountants, attorneys, printers, photographers, truckers, meeting planners, and so on.
Spend your valuable time on your most important priorities—building and servicing your ever-expanding customer base!
