June 28th, 2007 · by Bob Meyer · No Comments

Krista Vardabash, Executive Director of the International Reciprocal Trade Association, has announced the sponsors for IRTA’s 27th Annual World Conference in Savannah, Georgia…September 9th through the 11th…this year’s conference will be proudly sponsored by TURK BARTER ( 2007 Platinum Sponsor) and BARTERxCHANGE SINGAPORE (2007 Silver Sponsor).

“I am especially pleased to announce these sponsorships for IRTA “U” 2007. Both of these companies represent the growth of the industry that is especially apparent in Europe and Asia. That both of these companies are sponsoring the event, which will be held in the U.S. is also an important statement. For the barter industry to reach its potential it is critical to be united in our efforts to learn from each other. We should not allow borders or customs to prevent sharing the wealth of knowledge and experience that has accumulated over many years,” exclaimed Vardabash,

TURK BARTER is located in Istanbul, Turkey. Mr. Sirri Simsek, CEO of Turk Barter, serves on the IRTA Board of Directors. Turk Barter hosted an IRTA event in April 2005 in Istanbul.

BarterXchange Singapore is located in Singapore and is currently undergoing expansion into Malaysia, Philippines and China.

Dr. Lee Oi Kum is President of BarterXchange and invited IRTA’s Executive Director and President to participate in Global Entrepolis in Singapore in 2006.
