New Barter Service Will Lower Wedding Costs
October 15th, 2007 · by Bob Meyer · 1 CommentNo one needs to point out the fact that today a wedding is an expensive proposition. And while we have all heard of a few enterprising couples hustling around to barter directly with various vendors in exchange for “advertising/promoting” the vendor’s services to the wedding guests, such efforts are quite rare.
More frequently, a couple, or a member of the immediate family, who belong to a trade exchange will obtain various services and products needed for the wedding. It’s an excellent way to go, and oftentimes saves the couple thousands of dollars.
A third option has now surfaced which will provide couples an opportunity to cover some, or virtually all of their wedding expenses. The new service is being provided by IFC Vancouver Holdings, Ltd. They have launched a service which will act on behalf of clients looking to have a wedding sponsored.
The client (couple getting married) will pay them a commission based on performance–the money saved on the wedding expenditures which will be covered through barter. For more information see: SPONSOR
