Facebook & ABC News Strike A Barter Deal
November 26th, 2007 · by Bob Meyer · No CommentsA recent barter deal sees Facebook and ABC News signing a business deal where no cash is changing hands, rather both entities will be reaping benefits from the business arrangement.
The agreement enables Facebook users to electronically follow political news through a new “U.S. politics” category where Facebook users can follow ABC reporters, view reports & video as well as participating in polls and debates.
The two companies will also be jointly sponsoring the upcoming Democratic and Republican debates in New Hampshire.
Barter deals such as these, and many other more complex efforts, are pointed out in the largest selling barter program ever offered: The BarterNews “FastStart Barter Program.”
