Jerry Markbreit, 72, worked for 3M for 38 years as a barter and trade manager. He negotiated and traded millions of dollars of advertising, media time and materials with businesses throughout the world.

He has also been a football official for 43 years–23 of them in the NFL. He’s the only referee to work 4 super bowls. He is now the head trainer for NFL referees, as well as a motivational speaker.
