How To Be A Change Leader

Drucker concluded that the only way to survive in periods of rapid change is to recognize this fact and view change as an opportunity.
A change leader looks for change, knows how to find the right changes, and knows how to make them effective both outside the organization and inside it.
Admittedly, to make the future is risky, but it’s less risky than not trying to make it.
