However,I am under the impression that LEVERAGE is even more so . And I am using and working on that "theory". Why,you ask ? Because you can go from literally zero as far as cash is concrened, to well over 5 or 6 figures , as I have done previously in my real estate endeavors. It just may "pay" you to think about it.
