					<description>It is sometimes difficult to remain composed when the other person is being unreasonable, whether in barter or in any other negotiation.  It seems silly, but I like to think of Obi Wan in the first Star Wars movie.  Not intimidated at all - just straight forward and sure of himself.  

Composure is the key.</description>
