Hotel General Managers might want to outsource their audio/visual services to a proven national vendor (has a sterling 25-year track record) wherein they pay for the A/V services with barter, i.e. “empty hotel rooms,” rather than cash. (Payment could also be in the form of trade dollars.)
In short, collect cash, as usual, from the guest accounts staying at your facility that require the use of professional audio/visual services. And rather than shouldering your ongoing employee costs, or your curent vendor’s cash agreement for A/V services, use the barter alternative.
